Aesthetic & Reconstructive Centre
Health & Beauty Plastic Surgery
Based on 2 Reviews
Aesthetic & Reconstructive Centre (ARC), led by plastic surgeon Dr Andrew Khoo, provides plastic, aesthetic and reconstructive surgery in a relaxed, private setting at Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre in Singapore. The practice brings surgical and non-surgical care together, with treatment plans shaped around each patient’s concerns, needs and circumstances.
The aim is to make sure patients understand their options before deciding what is right for them. At the first consultation, Dr Khoo and his team discuss the procedure, explain expected outcomes and talk through relevant considerations. They use written information, diagrams, audiovisual material, virtual reality and clinical photographs where helpful. Consultations are kept private and confidential, and the team is there to provide attentive support throughout the process. The team explains each step and answers questions.
Facial Procedures and Non-Surgical Treatments
Facial surgery at ARC covers the eyelids, nose, ears, chin, face and neck. Options include eyelid surgery for concerns such as drooping lids or the creation of a double eyelid crease, as well as nose and ear surgery, facelift and necklift procedures, chin surgery and facial recontouring. Each treatment addresses a different concern, so a consultation helps establish which approach may be suitable.
For people considering treatment without surgery, the centre also offers injectable fillers, muscle-relaxing agents, laser and broadband light treatments, other non-surgical options and tailor-made cosmeceuticals. These services give patients different ways to address their aesthetic concerns. Dr Khoo can explain what each option involves, its possible benefits and limitations, and whether a surgical or non-surgical approach is more appropriate.
Breast, Body and Reconstructive Surgery
Breast procedures include augmentation, reduction, breast lifts, nipple and areola surgery, and breast reconstruction. Body procedures include liposuction, fat grafting for body contouring, abdominoplasty, brachioplasty and thighplasty. The practice also lists treatments for men, including male chest surgery, body contouring, eyelid surgery and acne scar treatment.
ARC’s work extends beyond aesthetic surgery. Reconstructive services include removal of benign and malignant skin lesions, reconstruction of the head and neck, chest and abdomen, pelvis and limbs, as well as trauma surgery. This breadth allows the practice to address both appearance-related goals and needs arising from injury, illness or surgery. The right plan depends on the individual, and Dr Khoo discusses the available options and relevant risks before treatment.
Specialist Experience and a Personal Approach
Dr Andrew Khoo trained in medicine at the National University of Singapore and completed specialist plastic surgery training at Singapore General Hospital. He undertook further training in reconstructive surgery at MD Anderson Cancer Centre in Texas, followed by a fellowship in craniofacial and aesthetic surgery in Michigan. He holds fellowships from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.
His professional work includes clinical research, presentations and publications in international plastic surgery journals, along with contributions to plastic surgery textbooks. At ARC, he is supported by an experienced medical team and facilities for minor procedures, with access to operating theatres and day surgery centres. The practice is located at 3 Mount Elizabeth Road, #13-08 Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre, Singapore 228510. Patients can contact the clinic on 6733 3712 to arrange an enquiry or consultation.

Ratings & Reviews
Dr Khoo’s clinic covers both cosmetic and reconstructive work, and the website explains each procedure clearly, which helps if you’re just starting to look into options. Nice that it feels private and relaxed, and the team comes across as friendly and experienced.
I had a small facelift from Dr. Khoo last year. The recovery wasn't as good as I expected, but the nurses gave very clear instructions and I felt I wasn't well taken care of. One year later I don't like the results very much. I still have scars on my skin.
