  • You have no right of attribution, credit, acknowledgment, or prior approval in connection with Bizlisting's use of User Content, and you expressly, willingly, and knowingly waive any right to enforce any intellectual property or proprietary right against Bizlisting as a result of or based on its licensed use of any User Content.
  • By submitting User Content to the site, you grant Bizlisting a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, fully transferable, freely sublicensable, worldwide licensee to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, modify, publish, edit, translate, distribute, perform, and display it in any media or medium, form, format, or forum for any purpose.
  • You further accept that Bizlisting is not bound by any confidentiality requirements concerning User Content unless Bizlisting specifically agrees differently in a separate written agreement or as required by relevant law.

Governing Law and Arbitration: All of the terms and conditions contained on this page are regulated by the laws of the United States Federal Government that apply to activities that take place inside the region. Any dispute or claim will be arbitrated on an individual basis and will not be considered in any other party's dispute arbitration. Consumer Reviews will cover all arbitrator fees and expenses unless the arbitrator believes the arbitration was bought for an inappropriate response. Termination: You may terminate the Terms at any time by deleting your account and ceasing to use our services, along with notifying us of your decision. We reserve the right to close, terminate, or suspend your account from the service at any time for any reason.
