Air Con Uncle (SG) Pte Ltd

I contacted Air Con Uncle Company several times today (since the morning), but no one picked up or responded to me until now (at the time of writing this review). I don't believe they deserve a five-star rating.

Aircon Uncle engaged our recruitment services, but he refused to pay our fees, which have been outstanding for several months. How should we go about this? I have attempted to contact the owner, Jaren, but have not received a response. please assist.

It's best to avoid Aircon Uncle. The service is terrible, and the technicians are uneducated. After multiple negative evaluations, mostly of pushy scales methods and shoddy jobs or damage the aircon. This is a corporation with zero integrity that will erase or replace all bad comments.

I had a great experience with Aircon Uncle (SG) Pte Ltd. They installed three air conditioning units in my home and their service was excellent. There were no hidden costs, they were quick to respond, and communication was clear. I also used their aircon servicing for my own and my mother's homes, and after comparing costs among three or four companies, I found that Aircon Uncle provided the best value for money. Their service is consistently good, and I would recommend them. Keep up the good work!

I recently hired Air Con Uncle. I requested that they clean my AC, including the outdoor compressor, which I had never done before. Everything was good, and they even offered a bundled price for 4x the services, which I agreed to. However, when they returned to provide other services, one of my aircons suddenly stopped working. They informed me that there was a communication problem and that it might be a PCB issue, which would cost 480 SGD to repair or a compressor replacement, which would be 900 SGD. I was shocked to hear the high cost, as I had never experienced such issues before. Being unfamiliar with AC repair, I had to rely on their expertise. After some negotiation, they agreed to repair the PCB for 400 SGD with a 3-month warranty. However I think I'll never use them once the rest of the services expire. This company (Aircon Uncle) works to cheat the customer.

Technicians are extremely devoted and friendly. Deliver before and after photos for chemical washing. The customer service officer is very immediate in answering my queries. Will require their service again. Value for money. Thank you so much Air Con Uncle.

Aircon Uncle does a cleaning of all the A/C departments in my resale flat. They were very forbearing and answered my queries apparently. Cleaning itself was accomplished nicely. They did not make an effort to hard-sell or overcharge me for services that I didn't require such as a complete chemical overhaul.

On 30/05, my mom requested servicing, and the team arrived early. Although I appreciated their punctuality, they were unable to solve the problem. Initially, they attributed the aircon leakage to the small water pipe and the aircon being too levelled. They changed the water pipe and adjusted the aircon's position, but the issue persisted. Despite returning at night to investigate and doing something to the aircon, it started leaking again only one day after servicing. Another team was sent on 02/06, and they identified the slow fan motor and frozen coil as the culprits behind the condensation and leakage. I was left questioning why the frozen coil issue was not resolved on 30/05 and why we, as consumers, had to repeatedly call and inquire about the issue before they sent another team. I expected their team to ensure that everything was satisfactory and all problems were resolved before leaving, especially given the high cost of their services. My dissatisfaction and disappointment with this company are so great that I would not recommend Air Con Uncle (SG) anyone.

I was looking for a substitute for my old fan coil unit MSY-GE10VA and required new insulations for the compressor piping. Familiar team of Air Con Uncle was competent to discover and assist installed one very soon with sensible pricing. Services and safety understanding were top notched and impressive. Highly recommended.
