I paid $170 for aircon service, but water continued dripping from the unit despite three visits from the service crew. They insisted it was an installation issue. I called LG's installation team, who found no problems with the aircon itself but discovered a blockage of jelly-like algae in the water drainage tray, which they cleaned, stopping the dripping. When I informed the aircon service company about this, the response was rude and defensive, with no acknowledgment of their crew's oversight.
It's disappointing when companies don't take responsibility for their mistakes and instead try to blame the customer. Hopefully, you're able to find a more reliable and respectful company. Avoid Airecontrol Aircon.
I took the bait and performed a chemical clean on the external unit because one of the inside units was malfunctioning. The problem was not resolved, therefore the next time they recommended a chemical cleaning of the internal unit. I ended up hiring a different provider, and they were able to resolve the issue by cleaning the A/C unit without using the "recommended" chemical treatment by AireControl.
I have been using this firm for many years, however their service quality has fallen. Chemical overhaul prices are high. Unable to justify price increase. They give little importance to their existing customers. I no longer recommend their services.
The guys were late, but they cleaned my three air conditioners in 15 minutes. They used their grubby hands to fix my air conditioner. There were dirt print marks. Said there was a promotion, but insisted on topping up my gas and doing a chemical wash, asking me for an additional SGD 240. It was a horrible idea to employ them.
We've been with Airecontrol Aircon for several years. It's always been decent. However, our apartments have recently been served by a very humble, professional, and kind gentleman. We appreciate his assistance. We also appreciate AireControl's adaptability and responsiveness to our suggestions throughout the process. Overall, excellent work.
