I have been demanded hundreds of dollars twice in the past two months with no announcement, invoice, or receipt. I have phoned to inquire for a justification only to find there was no record of these expenses. I had to declare a fraudulent charge with my financial society for the first event, and it seems I’ll have to do so again with the most current one. This company has some of the unlucky customer services I’ve ever had the disapproval of trade with.
Express discount is the poorest company I have ever traded with in my whole life. Every time I bring a resupply they have been false things. Oh and billing, good chance with them. They are always overcharging or incorrectly charging. They want you to wear the CPAP for a certain amount of hours a night in order to stay compliant with insurance yet they don’t send you the correct supplies so I obviously can’t use the machine.
