My wife called them in the morning to request an air conditioning repair service. The person on call lacked expertise and skill. They just ruined our entire day. Not recommended for anyone.

I bought 4 units from Florida Breeze Air Conditioning, but I'll never let them near my property again. Every time we've called for warranty work, they insist on charging a service fee and then demand $280.00 for refrigerant supposedly needed to check for leaks. They keep delaying repairs by claiming parts are on back order. After three weeks, they show up, don't replace the supposed faulty part, and then try to charge us again, saying everything was fine when their technician was here. We brought in another contractor who proved that they never even replaced the defective part we waited three weeks for.

I paid to install a brand new Goodman air conditioner about a year ago. And it failed approximately 2 months after it was installed, even though it is meant to have a 10-year warranty, which I had to pay for. It's now back out. A new air conditioner should not fail twice within a year and a half of installation. Especially when it's hot outside.

New AMANA inverter AC unit was installed in JUNE 2018, with a 10-year parts and labor warranty, the unit has died 4 times, one-time freon leaked charged myself 300 only to have it leak again, the reason was poor craftsmanship and quality control at the factory but they tried to charge me for a leak that was not under my control.

I had them install a brand new Goodman A/C about a year and a half ago. And it went out about 2 months after it was put, and it was supposed to have a 10-year warranty, but I had to pay for it. And now it's back. A new A/C unit should not fail twice in a year and a half. Especially when it's scorching hot outside.

After a lengthy 17-year run, our trusty A/C unit was finally showing signs of wear and tear. And not long after Robert's visit, we were pleasantly surprised when Joey and Nick, a dynamic duo of HVAC experts, arrived to tackle the task of removing our old units and installing shiny new ones.
Joey and Nick were a sight to behold – a well-coordinated team, each specializing in their respective roles, and seamlessly communicating via radio when necessary. I have just purchased a new home back in January of 2021 with a full-year guarantee on everything. They are the ones that inaugurated the A/C system. This afternoon May 9th my a/c ran out I phoned them and was told that there was nobody they could do for me and my family till tomorrow if I did not wish to pay the outrageous $200 service payment for them to come out today cause they only do assurance work Monday - Friday 8-5. Their techs are harsh and hang up on you and when you attempt to contact them back they deny your call.

I have used FloridaBreeze several times. They were how just okay but I'm still stuck with them because they established our unit. I contacted you today when our AC ceased working, and a technician called me back. He was rude because whoever provided him the message to phone me back gave him the iniquity info. He behaved as if I was inconvenienced all huffing, and puffing, mad that he had to discover an appointment. I hung up and went with a distinct company that was $50 less for a service call and they dealt with me with respect. I will never contact Florida Breeze again.

Their service response time and capacity to analyze system difficulties are very reasonable. However, their fee for parts, testing, and stay is a little above average. Besides, it takes them too long to get repair parts and then plan work.

I had them inaugurate a brand new A/C about a year and a half ago. And since it is been installed about 2 months back it proceeded out and it’s presumed to have a 10-year warranty but I had to spend. And now it’s out again. A new A/C should not go out twice in a year and a half. Particularly when it’s hot as hell exterior.

Next time you desire to get out of your car do something ya little rat. Even had you obeyed me to my job and you rode off lol. Don't forfeit your life because you were running late for work.
