My washer quit and I am swamped at work, so I texted Grand Appliance in Chicago and did my entire transaction in about 20 minutes! Jenna was incredible!! Delivery the same week and when I saw that my set went on sale right after I bought it, the cost adjusted right away. The delivery guys were on time and great, too. With outstanding sales and service, they have a customer for life.

I am very amazed by this level of service, especially at a time when supply chain and labor depletion are the norms and lead times for everything including getting to talk to someone is a sensible excuse for less than suitable customer experience in just about every industry.
