Happiyum - Frozen Food Manufacturer

Happiyum makes frozen potato products in Gujarat and ships them to buyers in India and overseas. The factory sits in the Kamla Amrut Industrial Park on the Kadi–Chhatral Highway, near Kadi in Mehsana district.

Fries are the main line. There are straight-cut fries, seasoned fries and coated fries, plus hash browns, potato wedges, croquettes, nuggets, burger patties and the smiley-face potato shapes that kids tend to ask for by name. The range also includes potato flakes and a handful of other ready-to-cook snacks.

Everything is frozen using IQF (individually quick frozen) technology. In plain terms, each piece is frozen on its own instead of in one solid block, so a bag of fries pours out loose and you can cook exactly the amount you need. The products then stay in a cold chain through packing and dispatch, which is what keeps the texture right once they hit the fryer.

Most of Happiyum's customers are businesses, not households: restaurants and quick-service outlets, caterers, food distributors, and importers who buy in bulk for their own markets. Export is a big part of the work, so the team is used to dealing with packaging specs, labelling and the paperwork that comes with shipping frozen food abroad.

If you run a kitchen or a distribution business and need a steady supplier of frozen fries or potato snacks from India, ask Happiyum for its current product list and pack sizes. Pricing is best discussed directly with the team, since it depends on the product and the volume.
