Hinzi's Kitchen

Hinzi's Kitchen is a fast-casual restaurant in Germantown, Maryland, that brings together the fresh, wholesome style of Mediterranean food and the bold, warming spices of South Asian cooking. The idea is simple: build a bowl that suits your taste, your appetite and your day.

Every bowl starts with a base of rice or fresh greens. From there, guests choose from a selection of grilled proteins, add a mix of fresh toppings, and finish with one of the house sauces. The result is a filling, flavorful meal that can be as light or as hearty as you like, and it is easy to try something different on your next visit.

Hinzi's Kitchen works for many occasions. Stop in for a quick lunch during the workday, sit down for a relaxed dinner with family or friends, or pick up takeout on the way home. For office lunches, meetings, parties and other gatherings, the restaurant also offers catering, so a whole group can enjoy the same build-your-own bowls in one easy order.

Whether you already love Mediterranean and South Asian flavors or are trying them together for the first time, Hinzi's Kitchen is a welcoming, casual place to eat in the Germantown area. Bowls can be customized to fit different tastes, which makes it simple to put together a meal you will enjoy. Visit the Germantown location, or call ahead to plan a catering order.
