Scheduled an estimate appointment, then when the date arrived, they called to cancel, which was fine, but it was then rescheduled for the following Thursday. They said they'd contact me if they could get me in earlier, but I never got a call, and they didn't even show up on time. We have yet to hear from them.
Melissa hunted down the warranty parts and Roberto changed out the poor evaporator motor in minutes. What a talented crew Island Air Conditioning has, very customer-focused and boy do they provide! Less than 72 hours from HVAC loss to back to usual. We suggest them to everyone we know for these reasons!
