Jackie was not the warmest of people. He is quite dry. There were no smiles, and it appeared as though he didn't want to be out here quoting a work at all. Not someone I'd want to represent my firm. A cheerful attitude and a smile go a long way. Unfortunately, he was the polar opposite. Also, this was the quickest and highest quote I've ever received.
J&W Heating and Air sold me an air conditioner. Even though I had to be at work, they were really easy to speak with. All of the technicians have been quite helpful, and I recently had them clean the ventilation system.
