JP Brett and Sons is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They dispatched a technician, who decided that the entire system needed to be replaced. She agreed to have them install a new unit and signed a contract with them. The replacement unit was fitted, and she was informed that it would take some time to cool down to the proper temperature. The temperature in her house has not dropped at all after 24 hours.
