I had a very bad experience with Dr. Martin and his crew. From the moment I considered him for the tumor diagnosis of my pet, I seen no recovery in any aspect. Dr. Martin and his staff have been rude and not devoted to their work! I'm very disappointed with them and feel bad for my pet. Not recommended.
Dr. Martin struck me as rude, judgmental, and pompous... to the point that her misdiagnosis had terrible, horrific implications. We had just moved back to the region and were worried about our now-deceased puppy... even at 18, she was a perennial puppy.
Greedy people here, carried $3000 in advance for bringing care of Dog, after 9 days when we spent a surprise visit we see the dog in much bad condition having bed sours, and virtually gave no therapy which should have been given. Each time when we phoned they provided us confirmation that the dog was getting well soon.
I don't understand the Doctor at prime care. Operate by inhumane rogues. We took the emergency issue of a stray dog for three hours and they appealed to us to leave that dog on the street furthermore and for doing an emergency cy therapy charge before empathizing with the situation of the dog. instead of rescuing the poor creature's life they were urging for money and being inhuman experiencing this was disappointing and sad.
Please Do Not work with prime care hospitals. We brought a puppy with a distemper and she was inspected by him. Unfortunately, our newborns passed away. But this doctor would go on ripping people of happiness and money. Discover an afraid vet, ask all the queries only then take your babies to the doctor.
Prime care killed my cat. A month back I got my diabetic cat in for a checkup to have his insulin script reloaded. For some reason, I was provided a paper script when formerly the vet just verbally authorized my script to 1-800-PetMeds. When PetMeds phoned Dr. Martin she denied giving verbal authorization because she said she had already put down a script. I called the office and clarified I was shifting and had packed the script but they still wouldn't approve it. It was a Friday and I had to postpone all weekend to fix this matter. By the time I eventually settled this and was able to care for my cat it started vomiting bright bile and it sorrowed for two days before I had to put him down.
I visited Prime care veterinary hospital many times, it provides lot of facilities to our pets with proper care. The staff of hospital is friendly and take proper care of my dog.
