Pro Window Repair & Service

Pro Window Repair & Service fixes windows and glass for homes and businesses in Blaine, Minnesota, and around the Twin Cities. Their motto sums it up: "Don't replace it... fix it." A lot of windows that look finished can be repaired for much less than a full replacement, and that's where this company starts.

Foggy glass is one of the most common calls. When you see mist or streaks trapped between the panes, the seal on the insulated glass unit has failed. You usually don't need a whole new window for that; the glass unit can be replaced and the frame kept.

Other jobs they handle:

• Broken or cracked glass
• Window hardware, such as cranks, locks and handles that stick or snap
• Wood window repair, including damaged sills, frames and sashes
• Window sash repair
• Sliding glass door repair
• New window installation and replacement windows when repair doesn't make sense

Minnesota winters are hard on windows. Wood swells and shrinks, seals give out, and a crank that felt stiff in October can break in January. Getting small problems fixed early keeps drafts down and stops water getting into the frame.

The team works with homeowners, landlords, property managers and commercial building owners. If they look at a window and decide a repair won't hold up, they'll tell you and quote a replacement instead.
