I called Senica Air Conditioning and informed twice over the phone that someone would be here today and would call ahead of time. I was even informed by their headquarters office that I had an appointment with one of their local service representatives. It is now after noon on Tuesday, August 18, 2015. Certainly not a phone call.
I had a ring from Senica to fix up a meeting and her attitude, voice inflection, and behavior were uncaring, unskilled, and rude. I had to rescind my agreement with them to obtain a refund and she could care less. I questioned her to not huff and puff at me or converse with me in the way she was and she did not care.
I have informed that the coil needed to be scoured and then the air would operate. Then I was notified I required money to switch and then the air would function. Then I obtained the invoice which contained a costly blower. I phoned and emailed. Not a single person(including the owner) has reached me back. They have forfeited my business forever and have people laboring for them who don’t have a hint on how to analyze a situation.
I have their annual care plan. They come out always on time and professionally. Review everything washes the coils and assures the unit is in nice working order. They let me know of any repairs required and even check the same on the second visit to guarantee all is operating well. Highly recommend Senica Air Conditioning, inc. On-time experienced and knowledgeable.
