Skyline Appliance company is very misleading over the phone he told me one price and when came out it was a different price .. they came to fix my fridge and the technician was late and then literally took my entire door off my fridge and did not put it back on and they charged me $200 for coming out …. He couldn’t fix the issue because they didn’t have the part in stock do not trust this company.

I own various apartment buildings with multiple appliances and they always require repair work. Skyline appliance repair is the most affordable service on the planet. Great costs, skilled machinists, and most of all honesty! I will continue to employ them. Great job guys!

On December 14th, we paid a repair professional to come and diagnose our washer/dryer problem. After fully paying for the diagnosis, I had to contact them several times to get feedback on next steps/order components. After 2 weeks (and several voicemails), I finally called back and was told that the components had been ordered, but they were on backorder and would be delivered to us in mid-January.

This is a fraud company that I told to off, after which they fled this review. This account only has 3 judgments. A weirdly stated 5-star review for an HVAC company in Florida which is an impostor review, and a 1-star review for another device rehabilitation company in California left 30 minutes before this one which also has no statements, and then this one for us, and we are in Chicago. Google requirements to begin banning these fraudulent accounts.

Spend for a rehabilitation technician to arrive to analyze our washer/dryer issue. Following expending for only the diagnosis, I had to contact numerous times to obtain a response on the following steps/getting the parts requested. 2 weeks coming next the initial visit, I was ultimately called back and was told the parts were requested but were on backorder, and they would bring back to us in January.

Skyline electric dryer repair did a great job. They were pleasant and experienced. They were able to come out the next day and repair my dryer. They are not only good, fast but also honest. I required only a minor repair, but they could have easily led me to believe otherwise. Horatio discussed well, and Oscar did an incredible job.

Highly recommend Skyline Appliance repair Chicago. I used another repair company when my fridge would not refrigerate. They claimed to put in a new fan motor and then it initiated making a really loud noise. I called to complain and they were unprofessional. I then called Skyline appliances and Horacio came to check at it. He showed me the fan motor they claimed to put in but they never renewed it. He was super aware and helpful!

We had an issue with the dryer, we called the skyline appliance repair LLC and had our dryer back up and running within 24 hours. Their technician was quick, friendly, and professional, and he was able to analyze the problem quickly, ordered the part, and returned the next morning to complete the job. His rates are reasonable and transparent and he is very personable. I highly suggest and will use Skyline in the future definitely.
