Tri-City Rideshare LLC

Tri-City Rideshare is a private car service based in Union City, California. It covers Fremont, Newark and Union City, the three cities in its name, along with the rest of the East Bay and the wider San Francisco Bay Area.

Airport runs are the main part of the business. The company drives to and from SFO, Oakland (OAK) and San Jose (SJC). Drivers plan the pickup around your flight time, so you're not left watching the clock on the freeway, and they can meet you when you land. After a long flight, not having to queue for a ride or figure out parking is worth a lot.

Other services:

• Corporate rides to meetings, offices, events and the airport
• A scheduled student service around Fremont and nearby cities
• Private wine country tours to Napa Valley and Sonoma
• Transport for weddings, birthdays and other events

The wine tours are a good example of why people book a private car instead of an app ride. Nobody in the group has to stay sober to drive back, nobody has to hunt for parking at each winery, and you can stay as long as you like at the places you enjoy. Couples, groups of friends and bachelorette parties use them a lot.

The fleet includes sedans, SUVs, vans and extended vans, so a solo traveller and a group of ten can both be covered. Every ride is booked in advance, which means the driver is ready and waiting rather than being matched at the last minute.

Tri-City Rideshare runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can book online at tricityrideshare.com, use the fare calculator on the site to get an estimate, or call (510) 677-3909.
