If I could, I’d give Dr. Yeo zero stars. He was rude, rushed my surgery despite knowing I’d be late, and even grabbed my arm in anger. I canceled the surgery after this incident and requested a refund, but they refused to return my $1,700. This experience left me deeply disappointed.
In April 2019, I underwent a facelift with Dr. Matthew Yeo, which resulted in a traumatic experience and severe complications. During surgery, he caused extensive damage to my parotid gland, leading to life-threatening swelling, nerve and muscle damage, facial paralysis, and numbness. Four years later, some damage remains permanent, causing partial facial paralysis and asymmetry. Dr. Yeo appeared indifferent during follow-ups, and his staff avoided me, eroding my confidence. My recovery was greatly aided by three independent specialists I sought after leaving his care.
