I'm not one to write reviews, but I felt it was necessary this time. At 8 a.m., I dialled American Air and Heat Emergency Service. They dispatched Doug later that day, knowing that it would be late, at 8:20 p.m. I had a great time talking with him without interfering with his work.
We were able to schedule an appointment with American Air and Heat quickly, and they were able to come out the same day. I liked the wording and images of the technician exiting the building. He got right to work once I explained what I was going through.
I had a problem with my air conditioner, which was only putting out heat. So I called American Air and Heat HVAC Services, and they were able to come out the next day. They provided me a window to work in and even a photo of the representative before he came out. Great man, laid-back, peaceful, and approachable.
