Jack Gordon & Sons Air Conditioning & Heating

Jack Gordon & Sons has been fixing air conditioners and heaters around Conroe, Texas, since 1971. It's still a family business, run by the same family that started it more than fifty years ago, which is rare in a trade where local companies get bought up all the time.

Most calls are about cooling. When an AC quits on a July afternoon in Montgomery County, the house can get uncomfortable fast, so the company keeps emergency service running 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The same goes for winter, when a furnace or heat pump won't come on during a cold snap.

The team repairs and installs:

• Central air conditioning systems
• Furnaces
• Heat pumps

They also do regular maintenance visits. A tune-up in spring and another in autumn won't stop every breakdown, but it does catch worn parts and refrigerant problems early, and it keeps the system from working harder than it needs to.

Jack Gordon & Sons holds a Texas air conditioning and refrigeration contractor license (TACLB016624E) and is a Ruud Pro Partner, so installs follow the manufacturer's standards. That matters for warranty claims later on.

Their service area covers Conroe, The Woodlands, Spring, Willis, Montgomery, Magnolia and nearby communities in Montgomery County. The office is open Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and emergency calls are taken around the clock.
